J25 Series Open-type Two-point Press
Main Structure Features:
J25 series open-type tow-point press can be applied for punching and shallow drawing of large-sized plates. It may also be equipped with multistage dies or other transfer dies for processingparts and components of complex structures.
Steel-welded frame, high rigidity and less deformation.
Pneumatic combination friction clutch-brake, low noise and long service life, to ensure reliable safetyand flexible action.
Main drive gear immersed in a closed lil tank,running smmoothly with low noise.
Six-side long rectangle guides of the slide in high moving precision and high accuracy, extending the service life of the die.
Imported hydraulic overload protection device,effects emergent stop against overload,protectiong the dies and preventing damages to the press.
Electrical die height adjustment.
Variable stroke speed, meeting the requirements for the processing of different parts and components, PLC human-machine interface and encoder control for the electrical system, ensuring safety and flexibility.
Photoeletric protector, feeder, air cushion and other optional accessories are available for the power press subjuct to the users denands.
