Chip-cleaning machine specially designed for elbows
This machine is used to deal with kinds of small elbows at 9.52 to 7in heat echanger. It can remove burring of massive elbows and clean them and make them dry at one time.
1. Feeder,which can convey the small elbows from storage happer to vibrating grinding machine. The time and frequency can be set.
2. Cleaner, in which both elbows and grinding steel balls vibrate and they rub each other. In the meantime, cleaning agent at a certain dilution ratio is added continuously to wash the elbows and the wastewater is discharged. Thus the burring is removed.
3. Dryer in which elbows automatically is aligned with openings downwards, so as to completely empty the grinding balls in the elbows and to dry tem up by electrical heat-blower.
